Dr. Natasha Campbell McBride recommends this film and in her blog indicates the film is especially for those who are wondering why bread and other foods, made from flour are not good for so many of us anymore. Actually, paleontological evidence that eating grains has always had a negative impact on human health. This is a good followup to the books, Wheat Belly by Dr Davis, and Grain Brain by Dr Perlmutter
